Cancellation Policy
Booking, Payment, Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling Policy Booking Policy Sessions are available by appointment only and can be booked online or directly via email/phone. Virtual and in-person training slots are subject to availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Clients must complete a brief intake form upon booking to tailor the training to their needs. Payment Policy Payments are accepted via credit/debit card, PayPal, CashApp, or Venmo All payments must be made in USD. Full payment is required 48 hours before the session. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to avoid penalties. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the deposit or a 35% charge of the session fee. Refund Policy Refunds are issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours of the session. No-shows are not eligible for refunds. In the rare event that I need to cancel, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the session. Sessions rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a $50 administrative fee. Rescheduled sessions must occur within 30 days of the original booking. General Terms In-person sessions may require additional fees for travel or venue arrangements, discussed at the time of booking. Clients must ensure a safe and distraction-free environment for in-person and virtual training. By booking a session, clients agree to adhere to these policies.
